1. Comparing two animals
We use comparative adjectives + than
A cheetah is faster than a leopard
A crocodile is more dangerous than a flamingo
A giraffe is taller than a meerkat
2. Comparing three or more animals
We use the + superlative adjective
The cheetah is the fastest animal
The crocodile is the most dangerous animal
The flamingo is the most colourful animal
🟨 Short adjectives
For short adjectives, add -er or -est

Example:

For long adjectives, use more and the most

These adjectives change completely
