Form:
👉 adjective + -er + than

Adjective	Comparative	Example
deep	deeper than	The lake is deeper than the stream.
dry	drier than	The desert is drier than the field.
high	higher than	The mountain is higher than the hill.
wide	wider than	The river is wider than the path.

Spelling Tips:

• Add -er: deep → deeper, high → higher
• If ends with e, add -r: wide → wider
• If ends with y, change y → i + er: dry → drier
