Género, is a matter that covers more than male and female concepts. First of all, we are not talking about men and women. We are talking about words, which can be masculine or feminine.

And that is something very strange for English speakers, I know. However; most languages divide words in masculine, feminine and neutral. Neutral in Spanish is the masculine form, so we can say we only have two géneros in the language.

We include the verb LLEVAR (to wear) which you can use if you feel up to.

Usamos el Pretérito Imperfecto para describir las cosas que hacíamos en el pasado (muchas veces). Esto hay que verlo comparado con el Indefinido que habla de una acción pasada, solo una vez.
