Tom Tells Grandad About His Weekend

On Friday evening, Tom is talking to his grandad about the weekend.
“On Saturday, I’m going to go skating at quarter past ten,” he says. “Then I’m going to read my adventure book at half past eleven. After lunch, I’m going to ride my bike at quarter to three. At five o’clock, I’m going to help Mum in the kitchen.”

Tom smiles and says, “On Sunday, I’m going to visit the park at ten past ten and I’m going to draw pictures at twenty to one. But I’m not going to watch TV in the morning, and I’m not going to play football in the evening. I’m going to go to bed at quarter to nine.”
