Story: “Bingo and the House Rules”

My house has rules. In the living room, we can read and draw, but we can’t play football. There is a big sofa and a tall lamp. Bingo, my naughty dog, kicks a ball and bumps the lamp—oops!
In the kitchen, we can help cook, but we can’t feed Bingo at the table. There is a round table and four chairs. In the garden, we can run and play football. In my bedroom, there are toy cars, but they aren’t for dogs!

“Bingo at the Park”

After school, we go to Sunny Park. There is a pond, a long bench, a slide, and two swings. Tall trees make cool shade. I can ride my bike fast; Bingo can run beside me.
We can play football on the grass. Bingo can jump and catch the ball. He tries my skateboard—wobble, plop! He can’t ride it. I can’t skate yet, but I can kick the ball to him. Bingo can’t climb the slide ladder, so he waits and barks. We laugh together.
