During the activity
- Check the time!
- Remember grammar rules
- Try to use not very common lexis and structures
- Never leave an answer blank
- KISS rule. Keep It Simple Stupid!
Don’t show off, always keep it simple to avoid mistakes. Once finished, in an essay for example, try to make it better when you revise. - Always revise! if time allows…
After the activity
- Revise mistakes and doubts. You ALWAYS need to know WHY it was wrong
- Check in your book. There is a grammar section at the end for all grammar related problems
- Check the portal. You can also find your answers in the grammar tips there
- Check the Exam Advice. Many mistakes are due to not following Cambridge indications
- Find the solution, study and practice it. If you cannot find it, ask your teacher and then study and practice it
